This lease is located in WMU (4O) and near Walton, NY. The hunting lease is accessed from the road on west border. A little steep at first - old ATV trail between 2 maples on west border on north end. There is also access from road on east (private road but allowed to park). This lease is almost 100% woods. I found some nice tracks and well used trails. I have attached TOPO that shows there is not much elevation change once you get into the property. This hunting lease is about 150 miles from New York City and close to the PA border. The area has a reputation for good deer, bear and turkey hunting. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. No camping allowed. You will be allowed to post the hunting lease if you desire. NOTE: THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED.
