Pristine property across the highway from Van Buren State Park. This is a fantastic farm that really has it all. Once in a while I get on a farm that I just never want to leave... this farm is like that. Although you are in southern Michigan, the land of big bucks, you get the feeling of being on a northern piece of property.
Mature pines. Ferns covering the forest floor. Oaks with a mix of Sassafras and Maple. Beautiful small pond with reeds on the west side of it... you get the picture, just a wonderful property.
Landowner sees deer and turkey regularly and the sign proves that for sure.
This farm is under the wildlife habitat program. There are trails that the owner created to survey the land.
Helpful for you to navigate and access to your tree stands or blind hotspots.
The very nice landowner has a small residence they stay at occasionally. This is not part of the lease and is indicated on the aerial in green.
They will have a watchful eye out for you, and they also know the local CO and other law enforcement.
Just a great combination of everything if you ask me!
