This hunting lease is leased and not available. Been doing the Base Camp Leasing gig since 2014 and this is the first Outagamie County property I have signed; thus these do not seem to come along very often. The two mature bucks pictured in the listing were actually hit by cars near this property in the past several years. I included these to show you the potential in this area.

Primary access is from the west along the river and behind the landowners home that he rents out, but he prefers you access that via the city park. There was a mowed path along the river from this location that got me about half way into property. Landowner in the past has gotten permission to access the property from the south as he lets that neighbor farm the 2�3-acre field on the southwestern corner of this property that is planted in beans this year as shown in the pictures on the listing. The neighbor to the south and neighbor to the north are brothers who farm and who the landowner said he got along with very well.

If your curious about the bridge you see going across the river, that is for snowmobile trails in the wintertime. As most of you know, snowmobile trails at least in majority of Wisconsin do not open until after all of the rifle deer hunting seasons have ended. This is not an ATV trail, so no fears for you that anyone would be using this during any hunting season.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Might be some pretty decent waterfowl hunting on the river, especially earlier in the season. Respectful use of ATV allowed for hunting related activities when weather and ground conditions allow. No camping at this time and I did not really see any areas that would be easy to put in food plots.
