This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Excellent property for a group of hunters. Lots of deer, turkey, and hog sign on this property. Lots and lots of timber with a great amount of water for those waterfowl hunters. When I drove and walked this property, I witnessed several deer moving through the timber and there were several wood ducks and a big group of Greater Canadians on the big lake. This property has never been hunted before and this will make a great place to harvest one of those big Marshall County bucks. Landowner says there are lots of deer on this property and they have seen some good ones.
Stands, feeders, blinds all welcome.
This should be a great property, there are some really good deer in Marshall County and with this lease not being hunted, it should produce. Not only for deer but also for waterfowl, dove, hogs, and anything else you decide to hunt. Landowner states varmint hunting should be good also.
There are cattle.
Don't let this opportunity slip by you. Property is not that far from town either.
Landowner has shared fishing rights / Landowner would like a text or call when you're out hunting on the property, so landowner has knowledge of when your there, for safety measures
