This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Nice property walked and drove this place and I was not disappointed at all. This property sets right down in the middle of the Wichita Mountains backing up to the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. Land has big draws and open areas throughout the property with lots of timber throughout and a couple of ponds and creeks scattered around for water supply. Lots of wildlife in this area with opportunity to hunt big whitetails, hogs, turkey, dove, and landowner says there is a good number of quail on the property as well. As a special bonus, the landowner states there is a good chance to catch one of those big elk that cross over to his property from the refuge. Yes, I said ELK, landowner says there has been several elk come across his property from the refuge making this property a gem of a place. Not too many hunters get a chance to take an elk here in Oklahoma. This will make an excellent property for a group of hunters.
Don't let this one slip by. There are no livestock on the property, landowner just got rid of all cattle on the property.
Stands, feeders, blinds, four wheelers are all welcome on this place.
There is also a house that can be rented to stay at right next door to the property. It's a really nice place to stay. Landowner says the owner will rent out the place, nightly, weekly or weekends at about $150.00 a night for a nice three-bedroom house you can't beat the price.
