This hunting lease is leased and not available. Property consists of hard woods and crp with some small draws running through the property. Property has two or three ponds scattered around. There is a couple of ponds in the NW corner of the property surrounded by timber, that should be a good place to attract some waterfowl, plus the deer travel heavily in this area according to the landowner. Saw several areas of deer sign on the property. Seems to me the deer come in from the NW and the SW corners of the area to come on this property.

Landowner says there will be about 60 acres of wheat planted in different areas come fall (weather permitting). Property should be a producer for some good deer hunting. Also noticed some hog tracks on the property and a several turkey tracks along the water edges of the ponds. Property has two tracts, there are 300 acres and then there is a 40-acre tract that connects to the south end of the property.

There are cattle on property

Stands, feeders and blinds all welcome on this property. Not far from Marlow and Duncan, Oklahoma and property is south of Lindsey, so not far from town either.
