This hunting lease is leased and not available. 80 acres in Adams County. This is an all-seasons Deer and Turkey lease. While the aerial doesn't show many woods or cover on this property it isn't lacking in deer sign. During my inspection I was overly surprised as to the amount of deer sign that was visible. Plenty of fresh tracks were visible in the field edge as well as several trails coming out of the woods into the field. Heavy trails were visible in the woods as well. Several beds were seen in and around the woods. The woods have plenty of thick areas for bedding and several large trees for stands. Several oak trees are present in the woods also. The woods in the northeast corner of the property are almost all pine trees. The deer are using the north property line as a travel route to go east and west. This lease would be a great Parent/child type property. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. Respect all property boundaries. Don't damage any crops. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps.
