Here is a good-looking farm, in Northern Missouri that is surely holding deer...Day of inspection 2022 there were deer in the field eating beans (2022), when I pulled up. Plenty of corners and hidden row crop areas that the wildlife will love to hang out in... There are some small connecting woods to this property, and the way this property is laid out I would expect this farm to be a local hangout for the deer herd... One pond and a wet weather creek should supply plenty of water for the wildlife during the hot times of the year. I hardly ever list a property in this county. Crops are planted to the edge of the field, so it will be hard to set stands until the crops come off....
