Another real nice property in Fayette county. You will have year round crops on this property, corn, beans, clover and alfalfa, and cover crops in the fall and winter! The property is made of of rolling hills, wooded hilltops and wooded creek draws. The wooded tops had quite a mixture of white and red oaks and the deer and turkey sign was abundant. The landowner stated that a real big 14 point was shot here during the 2021 season, and another nice 10 point on his adjacent property.
The woods to the north had a few field edge scrapes with licking branches above and a lot of rubs throughout.
