This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is an Eastern North Carolina farm. The tract was clear cut and replanted in pines around in 2017. The west end of the property is planted in row crops. I found plenty of tracks in the fields and some goo trails leading out of the wood lots. The property has several good setup locations around the fields. If you want to clear a trail into the planted pines, I am sure a feeder setup in there would be dynamite.

ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only. Camper would be OK as long as it was setup out of the way of farming operations. Stay of the crops.
