This hunting lease is leased and not available. What a great Basecamp Lease this one is! This small tract near Three Oaks is a Gem!!! For some flat ground... it sure feels much bigger than 44 acres. 1/2 mile long from West to East this piece of property will be a great hunting destination. Deer and Turkey tracks were easy to spot and multiple types of stands and blinds can be effective here.

The fields are in row crops, the east end has a swamp, and the edges have some nice Oaks.

Parking is the only downside to this farm. All I could manage was pulling in the Southwest corner where the field is not planted...just enough room for a pickup truck. Parallel to the road is a option too.

Well worth it though!

No camping.

ATV ok for hunting related purposes only.

Stay off the field where crops are in or if the field is wet.
