When you see the volume of sign here, you will learn that this is home to a bunch of deer. There are annual crops here, and the deer are destroying them, so please come prepared to kill some deer. You have ridges, draws, saddles, and small hollows on this rolling property that is easy to navigate on foot. You'll find trails, tracks, and droppings everywhere you look. I found one established mineral site the deer are using. I also found several rubs along the edges near the woods and along the north end. No livestock on the property.
