This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a nice property located in Mecklenburg County near Brodnax. It consists of mostly planted pines of 2 different ages. The larger pines were thinned in 2021. The eastern section was timbered around 2005. A small clearing in the center of the property would make for a good food plot, or a camp site, if desired. The landowner lives along the main road to keep an eye on things. Property access is behind a locked gate. The landowner to the east does have a deeded right of way through the property but they are from New Jersey and rarely are in town. They do not hunt according to the owner of the property.

During the inspection I found some oaks along the 2 creek buffers that were dropping mast. Several tracts and trails were present along those buffers. Plenty of good stand locations are present in the buffers and in both stand of planted pines. ATV and Camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only. Sunday hunting is allowed.
