This hunting lease is pending and not available. This tract is mostly wooded, there is a bob wire fence between the timber and the adjacent field. Food plots would be very limited as the landowner reserved the right to have cattle in the field. Foodplots would be limited to hand made as access with a tractor would be near impossible. The timber is mostly hardwoods with a small portion flooded. There is endless possibility as to what wildlife this tract holds ranging from whitetail deer to wild hogs (didn't see any hog sign but potential to have them), possibility of some duck hunting with work setting up the flooded timber. Also endless amounts of small game. When I toured the property the fence line between the field and timber showed promising deer sign. I included the field edge into this lease to not limit the hunting opportunity but as stated before the landowner reserves the right to put cattle in the field. Good potential for deer hunting and possibly turkey hunting. I actually seen a deer while walking on my tour of this property.
