This hunting lease is leased and not available. Indiana Urban Zone!!! If you want to kill an extra buck, get an extra month of season and hunt with a gun from the start of gun season through January 15th then you may want this farm. Lease adjoins 450 Acres of Indianapolis Utility company land. It is gated off and my assumption would be that it is no hunting, but I could not get in contact with the right person to find out. There is also another 100 acres of no hunting less than a 1/2 mile to the south that is owned by the state of Indiana.

Lease has 45 acres of CRP, 15 acres of row crop and a nice creek with big timber along it running right through the middle. There is not telling what will come cruising down the creek or through the CRP during late October and early November. Easy access is from the South at the end of a gated dead-end road.
