What a Fantastic looking CRP and row crop farm this was to inspect. Grundy County is always a sought-after county in Missouri, for big deer. With all the cover on this property, you will have an endless supply of deer stand spots. With all the connecting woods to this farm, one should expect a steady supply of new bucks showing up during the rut. There is an old shed on the property you can utilize to use as a base camp, pot belly stove may or may not be removed (see pics).
Landowner has tried to notify everyone, that the property is now being leased out / could possibly be a straggler that didn't get the word though
