This hunting lease is leased and not available. 40 acres in Marinette County. This is a Deer and Turkey Lease only. This piece of property borders the Peshtigo River and is located on a dead-end road. The property has a nice mix of hardwoods, oaks, pines, thick cover, low lying areas, river bottom, open areas, crop land, and a few apple trees. Good deer sign was present during my inspection including tracks, trails, rubs, and beds. Several heavy trails are present crisscrossing the property. The landowner stated that there is some QDM practices in the area. Plenty of mature trees are present for possible stand locations. A trail system on the property can provide stealthy access to areas of the property. Corn is currently planted in the fields in 2022 on the property. There is a small wedge-shaped piece of acreage (3.5+/-acres) located across the road that is part of the lease. This area has good deer sign on it as well. Respect all boundaries. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
