Hang on for this one. Just added is this 184-ac Benton County Tennessee Hunting Lease. The property is cropped and has some sweet hay fields. There are at least two shooting houses, one brand new. I have never seen damage to crops like this lease. I ran two out of the beans when I started my inspection. I know this area well and hunt about three miles from here. Big bucks do exist in this area. The property has excellent timber of mostly hardwoods, but a small patch of pines is in the front field where the deer are bedding. A good trail through the woods for getting equipment in and the deer out. The property is bordered by I-40, so you are minutes from the lease once you've exited the interstate.
