This hunting lease is leased and not available. This little property is a sleeper in a nice neighborhood. The deer trails are heavy and it's obvious they go right through this farm as a main corridor. I did find a bunch of beds on it too. It's very thick, and the rubs were all over it. The trees are nice and there's several sweet stand locations for different wind directions. You can park right off the road on the north side and slip right in. There's a nice spot on the property for a future food plot if you'd like. It's been planted in past years and would be dynamite especially later seasons. Landowner prefers no food plot work is done on Sundays.
