This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is a very nice farm that lies within a great area and a great county. This lease is made up of bedding, timber, row crops, and water, everything you need to hold and grow mature bucks. The overgrown pasture you see in the pictures is not only providing cover it's providing bedding. When I was walking down the end of that old pasture, I jumped several deer that ran into the timber. There is quite a bit of bush honeysuckle that is allowing the deer to travel and feel comfortable and secure. As you will see in the aerial photo, there are a couple places that immediately stick out to hang a stand. If hunted properly, I believe this farm will provide opportunity to harvest a mature buck. I don't get many leases within this county and if you're looking for a good hunting farm don't let this one go. Once it's leased, I believe there's a very high probability it will not come back available.
