This is a active working mine that is not open for any waterfowl hunting. There will be workers around the water and structures. Landowner is only allowing Archery weapons for this property.
A property like this is rare, but with limiting it to Archery Only, I have adjusted the price.
Located in the Deer Reduction Zone of Marion County this farm offers easy access from the south. You can use the roads to access and park anywhere that does not block trucks or workers.
You will have exclusive use of all the timber for deer hunting September 15 through January 31st.

No tree stands in the following types of trees: Red or White Oak, Hard Cherry, Black Walnut
Loosen straps after hunting season is over.
ATV okay for hunting related purposes only and stay on the edge of any field.
If fields are planted or are wet please stay off with any vehicle.
Turkey Run Canoe & Camping is available for a small fee after November 1.
No Camping on the lease property.
