Mature whitetail deer love overgrown fields that have cover in the 3'-6' high range and this property is almost entirely made up of that. The Big Blue river runs the entire length of the Western edge of the property and you can sit above the river in the timberline and have some great shots down on anything that is traveling the River or through the majority of the Western side of the CRP field. If you look at the zoomed out aerial view you will see that this farm lays right along a major drainage basin that is loaded with deer and has the potential to hold a giant. Easy Access into the farm from the South side and with a little bit of work you could have easy access around the edges of the CRP field making getting to and from your stands a lot easier. This farm is only 45 minutes from downtown Indianapolis and less than 15 minutes from good food and lodging in multiple towns. I really think you can kill a great buck here once you figure out how they are traveling through this CRP.
