The recent Conservation timber harvest has left a mess for anyone looking to hunt the surrounding public areas but it has created a safe haven for large whitetails on this farm. There is a lot of recreational activity on this place with everything from squirrel, bobcat, rabbit, whitetail, turkey, coyote, and even dove to pursue. This property has been managed for large whitetail in a very meticulous manner. The landowner has put a lot of time and money into making this a Big Buck property. Food plot maintenance will be a requirement for 2024 lease which includes the following:

Soil samples, fertilizer accordingly and mowed or sprayed once in spring and mowed in the fall to control weeds. If you want to do more like plant brassicas or something else in some of them the landowner is willing to work with you.

If the food plot stipulations are not followed, your lease will be cancelled.
