This lease is set up and ready to hunt. There will be food plots already in place, which consist of winter wheat, whitetail imperial clover, and turnips. With the recent cost of planting food plots this is one less expense you will have, including your time putting them in. The property is made up of timber, bedding, water, CRP, and food plots. While touring the property with the landowner we jumped numerous deer on different sections of the farm. The amount of deer tracks in these food plots were incredible, especially the turnips. There's no doubt the deer on this property are eating well. You also have row crops that border the farm on the northeast and south sides of the property. So, there is not a lack of food for the local deer population. There are also several trails that run through the property giving you the ability to sneak in and out of your stand locations. Once the landowner gets to know you he has an ATV on site that he would be willing to let you use to retrieve your deer or hang stands. There is also a very nice bunkhouse on the property where you can stay. (See photos) You and the landowner will work out the details, as the bunkhouse is not included in the lease. Again, this farm will be set up and ready to go for this upcoming hunting season, and you will not be disappointed.
