This hunting lease is leased and not available. Most of the timber in this area is either on this farm or leads directly to this farm, which is why I believe there was a lot of deer sign the day I walked the property. There were a ton of deer tracks along the timbers edge where the timber adjoins the Ag fields, and I even came across a shed. The deer trails were plentiful and most all of them were through the CRP that's mixed within the timber, which is also providing them cover as they move throughout the property. There are windmills on this farm. I placed one of them in the aerial photo, so they were not overlooked. On many farms like this, one normally relies on a ground blind, however, there are plenty of trees to hang a stand from and gave an example of that in the photos. The aerial photo will tell a lot when it comes to placing your stands.
