This hunting lease is leased and not available. Just south of Kansas City and somewhat close to the Kansas line, sits this good-looking bottom ground farm, that is bound to have deer moving around and maybe a turkey or two�.This farm runs along the Marais Cygnes River and has 1.2 miles of a wood line along the banks. Good deer sign day of inspection, telling me that any given day there could be a shooter buck slipping through or bedding down at the river. There is a small hook on the south side of the property that had plenty of deer sign, with just enough mature trees to hang a stand. Most likely there will be cattle in the SW corner, from time to time. Old strip pit runs along the SW corner as well and will provide a quick drink for any wildlife moving through or wanting to bed down during the hot months. Crops in the fields will make this property a little hard to access, but once the crops are gone you will move freely about.
