This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 49-ac Jackson County, Tennessee lease will require something different than most. You will have to cross the creek by ATV or UTV sometimes. There are deep spots in the stream, but I used a gravel bar to navigate across with dry floorboards in the SXS. Dryer times foot travel across is possible. Most of the woods are on the other side, and there is no shortage of deer signs here. Check out the pictures of trails, tracks, and rubs. No hunting for several years. There is steep ground, as always in this county, but that doesn't discourage the local herd. The points and benches are being used a lot here. There were excellent openings for a food plot on the other side, and the landowner said to go for it. A perfect lease, guys, for a reasonable price and lots of potential to fine-tune it. I saw at least 3-4 stand locations I would hang.
**Cell service is zero once on the property; save your Huntstand map**

**Keep a safe distance from the building when hunting, please**
