From the minute I pulled up to the property I could see where there might be wild game flocking from the hillsides surrounding the bottomland row crop on a daily basis. There is a steep bluff back by the river that is heavily traveled and scraped madly by mature bucks. The landowner has said he doesn't mind if the hunters would like to put in a food plot in the already cleared portion by the riverbank. This would be an ideal ambush spot for the entire season. This particular property has not been hunted in the last few seasons so there could be some really nice mature bucks calling this property home. There is a large number of wild turkeys in this area, and this farm is setup for some really fun spring hunts. There could be some real potential with this property and the right group of hunters willing to take it on.
