This hunting lease is leased and not available. Nice farm situated in a great area of the county. I inspect many properties, and sometimes I get one that is better than I expected. This farm is better than I expected!

It will hunt larger than the aerial indicates. The fence lines are anywhere from a couple yards to 20 yards wide. The main section of woods is back on the east side of the property. Big deer will be here at some point during the season without question. The surrounding area is very good, and this farm has enough cover to have many ambush locations. You are in for a walk. I look at this as a positive because not everyone will want to come in this far on foot and the woods is so far off the road the deer feel comfortable. This is where I saw the big herd of deer run off that you can see in the picture.

I suggest coming to inspect the property before you lease. It is a long walk following the edge.

The only place to park on this farm will be on the south side just off the county road.
