This hunting lease is leased and not available. One of my favorite landowners in all of my Base Camp properties. 41 acres all legal game hunting lease in Rusk County just outside the town of Hawkins. I have mentioned in other listings in Rusk County how hunters seem to continue leasing properties here year after year. Certainly, plenty of deer sign on this property to make me believe this one will be similar to those.

Landowner tends to plant only row crops year after year so either beans or corn to help provide food source. Property also has water and plenty of cover thus all deer and turkey need to thrive. On the aerial you see the easement as well as it pictured in listing. The landowner intends to open this up more making easier access, but he also rents the fields south of his on western side, thus he has access here as well.

The eastern portion of the property is contained within the Hawkins city limits and landowner was not sure if you could discharge a firearm if standing on this section of the property but you are allowed to use archery equipment to hunt on that section.

All legal game are yours to hunt. Camping and food plots require permission from the landowner. ATV use for hunting related activities is okay when weather and ground conditions permit.
