This hunting lease is located in WMU(4B) and is about 10 miles south of Albany. This property has 7 farm fields that were not worked in 2022. Landowner just acquired and plans on farming them this year. The lease breaks down into about 75 acres of woods and 52 acres of tillable farm fields. There is a gas line on the north end and a power line on the border on south end of lease. There are several different established farm trails into the hunting lease. ATV use is authorized. Do not rut up the farm fields! Jumped deer several times. Landowner grew up here and said lots of turkey and deer in area! Property will hunt a lot bigger than 127 acres. Some of the trails need a little cleaning from the fallen trees. You have permission to keep them open. Lots of oak trees in the woods and apple trees along field edges.. Landowner would like property posted. Please contact landowner for information he wants on posters. He would also like to meet the hunters on his property. They are a really nice family and have not leased before.
