Let me start off by saying what a great farm this is along the Missouri river! Big deer roam the Missouri river valley system, and this area of Missouri has produced some truly giant whitetails through the years. I currently have one other farm in Howard County, and it produces big deer consistently (BCL 4898)....The landowner talks about lots of turkey and deer running around. There is 30 acres along the Missouri river bottom and the rest of the property runs on the hilltop ridges to the east of County Road 319. There are row crops to the North and South of this farm, most likely the deer will use this property to move back and forth to the food. There are some steep gullies to this property, but the landowner has built a logging road system throughout almost the entire farm for easy access. The ridges and the bottom ground will be very productive during the fall...

Hunters must notify the landowner prior to arriving at the property, no exceptions
Make and model of vehicle must be supplied ahead of time
No parking by landowners house
Walk softly when moving past the landowners house to hunt
Landowner does maintenances to the property regularly
Only the people on the contract are allowed on the property / no exceptions
ATV's to set stands and remove game only
