The aerial of this property screams big deer live here, and boots on the ground validates what you see in the aerial. This farm is laid out very nice for deer and turkey to call home. Hell, I'm sure the whole deer herd in the valley will visit this farm on one day or another during the year. Fire Branch creek runs through the Western side of the farm and will be a great travel corridor in the fall. Warm season grasses, scattered clover, and a little lespedeza here and there round out the fields. There is also 80 acres of CRP on this farm as well. I can't remember when I have seen 200+ acres all in play when it comes to hunting deer and turkey. I have another little 60-acre farm (BCL 9135) right across Hwy 13 to the east, less than half a mile and that farm produces big deer consistently (see photo reel).
