Spanning 160 acres, this property is nearly encircled by a state park where hunting is prohibited. The landowner has invested time and effort into creating an environment that attracts deer from the state park, making the hunting experience far more rewarding than it appears. There are five cleared areas designated for food plots, most of which are conveniently located near water sources. Additionally, several established mineral licks are present at the food plot sites. The landowner provides four or five steel ladder stands that you can reposition as needed (refer to the pictures). Most of these stands are in excellent condition, though you will need to replace the straps before using them. The expansive state park is likely home to numerous large deer; with a bit of patience, you should find success. Don't forget to refresh those food plots as well.
