There are plenty of big elm and cottonwoods to hang stands in, and plenty of pockets of cover for the deer to hide in.

The landowner recently said he saw around 15 turkeys on the property, and there is also two or three does with fawns hanging around.
The south part of the property is a crop field.
The owners have a neat rental that can be available to stay in for an extra fee.
No cattle will be on the property the remainder of this year.
Access will be along the south end and up the west side of the crop field ( As indicated by the blue dotted line on the aerial picture)- do not use the owners driveway!
