There seems to be a lot of deer activity on this 130-acre Monroe County Kentucky Hunting Lease, now available for you. You will need an ATV/UTV to get to the upper portion of the lease. I saw turkey during the inspection. There are two fields across the creek that you can bush hog or plant in food plots. The remaining fields in the front are cut for hay or could be cropped. With the bluff across the creek, the deer have to funnel through certain areas where you can be positioned perfectly. There are oaks on the property. While driving along the road to the top, you will cross in and out of the neighboring property, be respectful, please. There are two or three small ridges the deer are using, and you'll identify key stand locations with no problem. The landowner only allows for two hunters on the lease, which should significantly increase your chances of success.
**Two Hunters maximum allowed here**
**It appears there are crops just to the north of the property that could benefit you**

**Landowner lives nearby and keeps a watch over the property**

**Gun shop in Gamaliel for supplies in that regard**
