I'm always thrilled to add a property in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Friends, it recently came to light a 200" deer was killed in the county a few years ago; see the picture. I have intel that a large buck has been seen on this property in the river bottoms. I did find a shed, likely a young buck with 5 points and a sticker on one side. I did not see evidence of hunting on this property. I found that a few cows have a lot of areas to roam, but there are areas they cannot access on the property. The lease is gated, locked, and at the end of a road like we all like. You can camp near the barn if you choose. Crops are grown up on top and in the bottoms, FYI. During the inspection, I bumped into a very nice Longbeard for all our turkey-hunting fanatics—plenty of room for the four allowed here to hunt whatever you desire.
