This hunting lease is leased and not available. It's Been a while since I picked up a hunting lease in my favorite County (Sullivan County). I'm very confident this farm will not disappoint. River bottom row crop and hay fields on the western side of lease, and more river bottom row crops and woods on the eastern side of the property. Lucust creek runs through the property, setting up a great travel corridor during the fall of the year. The landowner just purchased the property recently but has lived close all his life and says this area has big deer and plenty of turkeys. Day of inspection I jumped 4 or 5 deer and pushed off three turkeys out of the bottom fields by the creek.

There might be a small herd of cows on the western side of the lease on about 40-acres by the shop
