This should be an excellent spot here in Monroe County, Kentucky, on this 80 acres that mapped 109 acres, according to the county map used to map the lease. I liked this lease a lot. It's rolling farmland with pasture, hay, and crop fields across the property. You have a small river through here. A few deer are bedding in the cane patch along the riverside as I bumped two separate deer from it during the inspection. Across the river, you have a small bluff; you can hang a set and watch for them moving back and forth. The trails were well-worn here, so expect good deer numbers. According to your landowner, you inherit a lovely, insulated, heated shooting house. I'm adding pics from the lease across the road as many of the same deer are likely using both farms.
