This 115-acre in Monroe County, Kentucky, will be fun for some lucky BCL members. During the inspection, I bumped into deer in two locations on the lease. This lease is cropped annually in rotation. The land is rolling, but I walked a good portion with no problems. The woods are thicker, with openings to sit littered with trails, and finding a good stand location will not be a problem. Near the front of the property are a couple of rental homes, and a few horses are kept on that end of the farm. No other livestock on the property at this time. Check out all the trail cam photos provided by the landowner. Fortunately for you, none of the bucks pictured were harvested in 2022.
