**Archery Deer Lease Only**
The aerial photo will say a lot about how this property lays out but more importantly how it will more than likely hunt the best. The farm is made up of timber, water, and pasture ground. It sits on a county road that has very minimal traffic. In fact, I was on the farm for over an hour and never saw or heard a vehicle drive by. The pasture ground is currently around waste high and I came across several places where the deer have been bedding down within the pasture. The long timber draw should have a few bucks traveling it during the pre-rut/rut. Because this one of the farms that is a working cattle farm and is used for rotating cattle the landowner has limited it to an Archery only lease.

*No alcohol permitted on the property.
*No trucks are to be driven on the property.
*The use of screw-in-steps and nails are prohibited.
*ATV use is permitted for hunting purposes only.
*If gate is open, leave open – If gate is closed, leave closed.
*Any cattle you let out, you will be responsible for damages
