This hunting lease is leased and not available.
There will only be one shot for a lucky member to be on this 311-ac Hickman County Tennessee Hunting Lease. This property will not last long, and I suspect will remain leased for some time once it's locked down. I cannot say enough about how much I love this property. It's the cat's meow of hunting leases boasting ridges, valleys, hollows, and a waterfall. Several springs and Little Piney Creek flows through, and it is gorgeous in that respect. A mixture of pines and hardwoods throughout, there are no shortages of stand locations across the lease. I bumped turkeys during my walkthrough, which were likely nesting hens. The main entrance is locked and prevents unwanted access nicely. Most of the trails I walked were passable by ATV or UTV, except for a few downed pines from wind storms, and you may have to walk a little during your inspection. Key locations will jump out at you here. Hunt high or low for a Hickman County stud.
**Great area to camp just inside the gate down on the left; see picture provided**
**You have the green light to food plot the property**
**Top spot recorded in this county is a 178 7/8" non-typical and seven bucks above the 150 mark**
