This hunting lease is leased and not available. Per acre, this property might have the most deer sign I have ever seen. Typically, one does not get too excited about a smaller parcel when considering it for a hunting lease. This property just might change your mind. The first step out of my truck I could already see buck rubs from last fall on edge of timber. That continued throughout the property.

Boundaries are marked well, so should be no issues knowing where to place stands. Parking, as you can see by the picture in the listing, would be alongside of the road in gassy area.

This is an all-legal game hunting lease. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. Camping would be at your own discretion and would have to be closer to the timber than the road. I don't really see any spots for food plots thus they are not allowed.
