The property has a mix of planted pines, mature timber buffers and clear-cut regeneration. The property borders Sandy Creek to the south for approximately 1 mile. A nice road gives easy access to the center of the property. Trails may need to be cut to access the mature buffers with an ATV. Food plots can be planted, get locations cleared by the landowner before planting.

I was pleasantly surprised during the inspection of this property. I found plenty of good trails, and tracks crossing the road to the center of the property. The mature timber buffers along the tributary creeks and Sandy Creek all had good trails, several oaks and plenty of rubs. This is the kind of property that has the ability to attract and hold deer! If you put in the time for a few small food plots you could have a hot spot all season long.

Camping and ATV use are acceptable for hunting purposes only.
