This hunting lease is leased and not available. 90 acres in Manitowoc County. This is a "Deer and Turkey Lease Only". This gentle rolling property has a variety of habitat that is great for wildlife. It consists of mixed hardwoods, pines, areas of cedars, dense underbrush, apple trees, small ridges, crop ground, and a small stream running through it. Plenty of deer sign was present when I did my inspection. It included rubs, trails, tracks. and beds. As you can see in the aerial this property is a great connector to larger blocks of timber to the north and south. I saw 3-4 deer during my inspection some bedded and some feeding in the crop fields. Crops are typically row crops with soybeans and wheat the crops for this year (2023). Several mature trees are present for tree stands along with some nice ridges for ground blinds as well. A well-established trail system goes through the property providing stealthy access to stands and provides easier game retrieval. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting-related purposes only when weather and ground conditions permit. The east boundary is marked somewhat with t-posts and old fence. Please respect all boundaries. The landowner does some wood cutting in the early fall but will gladly coordinate with hunters to refrain from it whenever hunting is going to take place. The landowner would like to meet hunters initially. No tree cutting. Minimal brush cutting if any questions please coordinate with landowner. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.

There is a small rustic cabin on the property that the landowner would be willing to rent out if so desired. See pictures in the listing. Any questions concerning the cabin use can be directed to the landowner.
