This hunting lease is leased and not available.
At first glance the aerial photo doesn't look like much. However, two things, it is difficult to show the actual amount of timber in an 800-acre aerial photo and secondly, when you start scrolling through the pictures you will see this farm was completely littered with deer sign. The deer trails throughout this property looked like livestock trails. I found several sheds and the one in the picture that I am holding is going to be a good one this upcoming deer season. The row crops are not flat ground, but rather rolling hills, so you can maneuver through this farm without being detected. Plus, you can access the property from three different sides, the south, east, and west, allowing you to beat the wind. I cannot even begin to list the number of places I found where I would hang a stand. There are some places, which you will also see in the aerial that are a for sure bet, simply based on those areas that pinch down. If you are also a turkey hunter, you will see the picture I was able to snap of couple of birds that were feeding along the timbers edge. This farm is something special and going to make someone a great lease for years to come.
