This property has a mix of habitat including poplars, pines, marshy area, and a small lake (approx. 5 acres). There are logging trails on the property for access to most areas. Some may need brushing out for better access with an ATV. Respectful use of ATV's is allowed for hunting related purposes when weather and ground conditions permit. The landowner has told me there is ample deer sign on the property. With crop ground to the south of the property I think this will be a good piece to intercept deer coming and going to feed there. The marshy area could create a good funnel effect as well. Be respectful of all boundaries. Food and lodging are only minutes away. The landowner would like contact from the hunters initially. No use of nails, screws, or screw in tree steps is allowed.
