This is one of those leases that looks better in person than it does on the aerial map.

The southeast corner is a thick, rugged mess with a creek wandering through it. There is a marshy looking area with tall weeds and there was plenty of thick cover on the day of inspection. I even kicked up a deer along the creek. A well-placed blind between the cover and the crops on the north part of the property should be a pretty good set up. There are some old fence lines, ditches and quite a few cedars in the rest of the pasture to create more diversity.

Cattle will be on the pasture part of the year.

The road along the east side of the property is a minimum maintenance dirt road.
