This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This 281-ac lease is on the West side of a large farm we have split here in Weakley County, Tennessee. The farm has crops annually in rotation. Plenty of entry points into your lease from within and along the northern border. It has a chicken operation and is off-limits around the houses. The Obion River flows along the south border. Zero steep ground on this lease. Lightly rolling in the North to mostly flat on the south end. You will love how the timber weaves through here, channeling the deer to you. And there is no shortage of deer or turkey sign on the lease. Check out the pictures for more information. According to the sign, the farm appears to boast a good turkey population. The property has canals, drainages, and ditches, so be aware and safe. You have one-half mile of road frontage to enter from the North. I ran deer out of the corn in several locations on the lease. CWD zone, special regs apply, https://www.tn.gov/twra/hunting/cwd.html
