This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Boom! Here is one half of a large farm that has been split, so use the aerial map as needed. This 307-acre farm seems to be overrun with both deer and turkey. The best turkey sign I've seen in some time on this property, guys. You have a dried-up swamp area that is getting a lot of activity. Watch those cypress knees; they'll trip you up if you're not careful. I did bump deer while on the property. You have crops from North to South and timber all in between. You will find excellent hardwoods anywhere you look on this farm—and great access across the property and no shortage of potential stand locations here. Numerous ponds provide constant water along with the Obion River along the South border. Be aware there are canals, ditches, and drainages here; be cautious and safe. CWD zone, special regulations apply. The timber harvest will be 18" and up, cut.
**Six bucks over 150" and one over 170" recorded in Weakley County in the past**
**FYI, there will be an ongoing three-year timber harvest starting here soon**
